Ben Willis | RED Driving School

Ben loved his previous role as an Events and Sales Manager at a hotel but felt he needed a new challenge and move away from the normal day to day life of being in an office.

A passion for driving was started by his father who used to rally cars and then continued as Ben took up racing go-karts.

“It seemed to make sense that my new career path was something I loved, so it is great that I am able to pass on my knowledge to teach people to drive.

Becoming a driving instructor has changed my lifestyle for the better. It has made me more independent, opened me to change and has given me the confidence to be my own boss. I am also challenged everyday because pupils are at different levels.

I really enjoy meeting new people and seeing them progress and passing their test. It makes me proud to see them achieve their goal. I would highly recommend RED to anyone.”
