Full Terms and Conditions of RED iPOD Competition.

  1. To enter the draw no purchase is necessary.
  2. You must be a UK resident over 16 years old to enter.
  3. Only one entry per person, per month, allowed.
  4. A maximum of four people per household may enter each month.
  5. There is one iPod Nano given away each month, no cash alternative is available.
  6. One winner will be drawn monthly.
  7. The winner will be notified by email; therefore this is an essential requirement.
  8. The winner has 14 days to reply to the email which notifies them of winning before a new winner will automatically be drawn.
  9. The winner will be used for post-draw publicity.
  10. Winners names will be made available. Anyone wishing to know the details of the monthly winners should contact RED at the following address: RED Driving School, The Brighton Forum, 95 Ditchling Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 4ST. Please note that only the winners name and specified location will be provided.
  11. RED Driving School reserve the right to use the information provided by entrants for marketing purposes, and may also pass the information on to relevant third parties.
