Congratulations to Navdeep Pandher!
In 2012 Navdeep Pandher, then 18, became a national first whilst learning with RED driving school. He became the first person to pass his test in an electric car, after training with instructor Anthony Fuller, Navdeep passed first time.
Navdeep passed his test in a Vauxhall Ampera, the UK’s first long-distance electric car.
Now 19, the University of Hull student has just passed his test in a manual car – again with instructor Anthony Fuller. With only two minor faults during his last test, Navdeep is clearly a competent and careful driver.
Instructor Anthony Fuller said this of Navdeep:
“He is extremely mature for his years and drives like it, too. When I teach people to drive, especially young men, they tend to have an issue with speed. Navdeep doesn’t have that kind of personality about him – he sees problems and takes them on board”
The whole team at RED are extremely proud of all of our passers, and would like to wish Navdeep in particular good luck in his future driving electric, and otherwise!
